Existing patients
Please use your patient portal, call or email to schedule follow-up appointments. Allow at least a 2-week window to schedule your desired appointment time. Allow at least 2-business days for prescription refill requests to ensure that you do not miss any doses of your medication. Remember that prescription refills for controlled substances require an in-office appointment.
Cancellation Policy
If you need to cancel your appointment please provide at least 24 business-hours advance notice. A cancellation fee will be applied if advanced notice is not provided or you do not show for your scheduled appointment.
Inclement Weather
For your safety, if the National Weather Service issues a storm WARNING in Bethesda, MD, on the day of your scheduled appointment; and if local, state, or federal government services are closed, Well-Minded, LLC, will also be closed. Under these circumstances late cancellation fees will not apply.
Illness
If you or a member of your household has been diagnosed with a communicable disease (e.g., strep throat or the flu) or if you have a cough or fever, you are kindly asked to cancel and reschedule your appointment to prevent the spread of disease.
